SURPRISE MEET & GREET COMMUNITY EVENT

SEPTEMBER 21 2021

This past September our organization was invited by FootLocker Toronto to take part in a community event, powered by Puma. We were able to surprise 10 student athletes with the opportunity to participate in the event, and told them they would have a chance to ask questions to a professional Canadian basketball player, and get hooked up with some t-shirts. No one guessed that the professional basketball player was in the Raptors and Montreal's very own, Chris Boucher.

Chris shared his inspiring basketball journey with the participants, expressing to them the importance of being disciplined and working hard at whatever you set out to do. He was kind enough to hook each participant up with some fresh gear, from head to toe and signed posters and took pictures to conclude the evening. The excitement and energy buzzing from all the kids was so special. We are very grateful to community partners like FootLocker for holding events like this and creating opportunities to give back to the youth.
